| Comments:
The X9 is the second of the delegate "dangle" patches given to
participants
at the 2000 NOAC. It is an unrestricted or trader delegate patch. The
100x100mm patch is identical to the X8 with one exception. The X9 is
bordered in red
instead of white. As a result, hidden WWW at the bottom is
outlined by the red border and a white top with a dark blue and purple
interior. A
red 'DELEGATE' is across the long house. |
