Office of Academic Affairs

Office of Academic Affairs supports the academic endeavors of Webster University through strategic planning, resource allocation and budget analysis, administration of extended (domestic and international) campuses, and development and enforcement of operational and academic policies.

Diversity & Inclusion and Community Engagement

This office works to advance diversity and inclusion as core values of Webster University and to make them central to its education mission. In addition, the office develops strategic partnerships with local communities, community government entities, community agencies and boards, and metropolitan area organizations.

Enrollment Management and Student Affairs

The Enrollment Management and Student Affairs division develops strategies and tactics to shape the enrollment of the University and meet its established goals.

Finance and Administration

The Finance Office is responsible for general accounting, purchasing, endowment and treasury administration, public safety, and facilities support.

Global Marketing and Communications

The Global Marketing and Communications Department supports, promotes and enhances the image of Webster University for both internal and external audiences.

Special Events Office

The Special Events Office is responsible for the planning and implementation of University Events in the St. Louis metro area. Events include groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies, open houses, receptions, lunches, conferences, donor and community relations events, Board of Trustee events, Commencement, Convocations and the University's community service day, Webster Works Worldwide. 

Human Resources

The Human Resource Department serves as the link between prospective employees and the institution in an attempt to recruit and hire the most qualified individuals, without regard to race, age, sex, or disability, for any position vacancy within the University Community.

Information Technology

Information Technology supports the University's academic mission by providing a broad range of technology services, including key technical infrastructure.

Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness serves as a resource for accountability and informed decision making to fulfill and advance the University's mission.
