On Tuesday, April 17^th 2007, a new web-based system has been put in place to enter Information Technology or Maintenance/Facilities work orders.

The link to enter a work order is http://triton.webster.edu/workorder/new.htm.
From that page you will choose to enter either an Information Technology Request or a Maintenance/Facilities Request.

Please use the Information Technology section to place all trouble reports for the Media Center / Photography.

You will need to create an “account” before you can enter a work order for the first time. Instructions for creating your account, entering a work order and checking the status of a work order are located at http://www.webster.edu/helpdesk/workorder_system.
