Upcoming Graduation Dates for Extended Campuses

Please provide graduation dates for your campus for the upcoming academic years. This information will be used to compile a master sheet of graduation dates and will allow the Office of Academic Affairs to coordinate requests for representation from main campus. Please fill in those dates you have already confirmed. Feel free to re-submit this form as you confirm new dates.

Remember that details of each graduation ceremony and specific requests for speakers and supplies should be submitted through the Extended Campus Graduation Information Form at least eight weeks prior to the ceremony.
