Assistive Technology is software or other equipment that helps users with different abilities to succeed in the classroom or workplace. It allows users who may have had difficulty reading, writing, speaking, remembering, or otherwise communicating to receive information and produce ideas effectively.
The Academic Resource Center provides students with documented disabilities training and on-campus access to a variety of assistive technologies. In addition, those without documentation may also receive information about different available technologies.
For more information or to set up an appointment to learn about the assistive technology available at Webster University, please contact the Assistive Technology Coordinator at 314-246-4248 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
