External Proctoring Services
Webster's Testing Center offers proctoring services to test-takers from other universities or organizations as a community service and as a participant in the National College Testing Association's Consortium of College Testing Centers.
We proctor both paper- and computer-based tests, and we charge a flat $25.00 proctor fee per test in order to cover our expenses. (Tests lasting more than four hours may incur additional charges.) These tests are normally arranged by appointment; we also try to avoid scheduling external tests during Webster's midterms and finals periods, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Other testing procedures will vary according to the individual test and the home institution's requirements. Please contact us at 314-246-8225 for more information or to schedule an appointment!
If you are coming from outside Webster, you may be able to use these directions as well as the St. Louis campus map. The Testing Center is part of the Academic Resource Center complex and is located in Room 41 (on the ground floor) of Loretto Hall, which faces onto Lockwood Avenue about 1.5 blocks west of Big Bend Boulevard along with Webster and Maria Halls. Limited visitor parking is available in the half-circle drive running in front of Webster/Loretto/Maria, and Lockwood Avenue in front of our buildings has several blocks of unmetered street parking. Feel free to call us for further directions.
The Testing Center does not have reserved parking spots for testers. Please plan to arrive early, park in visitor parking or off the street.
