Information on Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA) Testing

This assessment includes four subtests: English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies and Writing

Format of the exam is IBT ( Internet Based Testing), multiple choice and a written assignment:

Subtest #1: Reading Comprehension and Interprertation: 39 multiple choice questions: 75 minutes

Subtest #2: Writing: 1 written assignment: 60 minutes

Subtest #3: Mathematics: 40 multiple choice questions:75 minutes

Subtest #4: Science and Social Studies: 40 multiple choice: 60 minutes

All four subtests are 4 1/2 hours plus a 15-minutes break between subtests 2 and 3.

Webster University will be administering MoGEA on these following dates for the school year 2020-2021 (all on Saturdays 12 p.m.-5 p.m.):  

April 11, 2020 (NOTE: THIS EXAM DAY IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS).

Exams will be proctored in the Testing Center within the Academic Resource Center, 40 Loretto Hall. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. We will begin testing starting promptly at noon. There is no proctor fee for the exam.
