Information on Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA) Testing

This assessment includes four subtests: English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies and Writing

Format of the exam is IBT ( Internet Based Testing), multiple choice and a written assignment:

Subtest #1: Reading Comprehension and Interprertation: 39 multiple choice questions: 75 minutes

Subtest #2: Writing: 1 written assignment: 60 minutes

Subtest #3: Mathematics: 40 multiple choice questions:75 minutes

Subtest #4: Science and Social Studies: 40 multiple choice: 60 minutes

All four subtests are 4 1/2 hours plus a 15-minutes break between subtests 2 and 3.

Webster University will be administering MoGEA on these following dates for the school year 2018-19 (all on Saturdays 12 p.m.-5 p.m.):  

July 21, 2018

September 15, 2018

October 13, 2018

November 17, 2018

February 16, 2019

March 9, 2019

April 13, 2019

Exams will be proctored in East Academic Building Room 110. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. will testing starting promptly at 12 p.m.. All Webster students will not be charged a proctor fee. All non-Webster students will be charged our standard proctor fee of $25.00 each testing session. To pay your proctor fee please go to our e-commerce payment site: https://commerce.cashnet.com/webstertestingcenter.

Test fee is $49.00 for all five subtests or $25.00 for a single subtest. Fee is paid online during the registration process.
