Information on Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA) Testing

This assessement includes five subtests: English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Writing

Format of the exam is IBT ( Internet Based Testing), multiple choice and a written assignment:

  • English Language Arts: 40 multiple choice questions
  • Mathematics: 40 multiple choice questions
  • Science: 40 multiple choice questions
  • Social Studies: 40 multiple choice questions
  • Writing: 1 written assignment

The exam is 5 hours and 45 minutes for all 5 subjects, two 15 minute breaks and 1 hour for a single subtest.

Webster University will be administering MoGEA on these following dates for the school year 2015-16 (all on Saturday noon to 5:45pm):

  1. July 18th
  2. September 19th
  3. October 17th
  4. November 14th
  5. February 20th
  6. March 19th
  7. April 16th

Exams will be proctored in East Academic Building Room # 110. Registration will begin at 11:30 am will testing starting promptly at noon. All Webster students will not be charged a proctor fee. All non Webster students will be charged our standard proctor fee of $25.00 each testing session. Test fee is $49.00 for all five subtests, or $25.00 for a single subtest. Fee is paid online during the registration process.
