Because Webster University does not have a centralized conference office or event planning staff, individuals or groups interested in holding an event on campus must contact specific departments for access to and information about event facilities and services.

STEP 1 - CHOOSING A FACILITY

Webster University has several classrooms, auditoriums, and multi-purpose rooms available for use by internal and external groups. Contact the following individuals or departments to request event space:

Limited, short-term summer housing for approved groups is available on a first come, first served basis. Contact the Residential Life office at 314-246-4663 for more information.

Westport Plaza and WingHaven campuses

STEP 2 - CONFIRM YOUR EVENT

When space has been reserved with the appropriate office, notify Marianne Kirk, Marketing/Communications Office, 314-968-7463 so your event can be included in the St. Louis Campus Calendar of Events. Or click here for a Master Calendar Activity Notice Form.


STEP 3 - EVENT SERVICES

Make arrangements for any of the following needs appropriate for your event with the office or individuals indicated. You will be charged for any of the following:

Organizers of events are encouraged to use the University’s food service unless Sodexho is unable to meet their needs.
