SPACE PRIORITIES

Space priorities are given to functions that most benefit the University, with restrictions on renting space for meetings or events not related to the University.

Student activities are given highest priority in the University Center. Contact Jennifer Violett for detailed information on University Center priority scheduling. Early space requests are encouraged for all locations. Last-minute requests will not displace previously scheduled and contracted events, even those of less priority.
