Webster University is accepting applications for transfer students from Vatterott College. Review the information below regarding our transfer policy, admission process, and to learn more about our academic programs. Webster has many resources to assist you in successfully completing your degree and preparing you for your career upon graduation. We are an accredited, private, non-profit university. Small classes assure you of personal attention from highly qualified and caring professors, who share their extensive knowledge and professional experience to help all of our students succeed. Evening programs are offered at our four locations in the St. Louis Area, with classes meeting one night per week. We also have a number of online program offerings.

Transfer Policy

We will transfer up to 30 semester hours of your Vatterott credit towards your Bachelor’s degree, in addition to other college credit you may have completed up to a maximum of 98 semester hours.

Some of your Vatterott courses may substitute for required courses at Webster. Pre-approved equivalencies are in our Transfer Equivalency Database. Our faculty are in the process of reviewing more programs and courses from Vatterott so if you don’t see your course listed, just ask us about it.

Academic Programs

Audio Production; Film, TV, and Video Production; Animation; Computer Science; Cybersecurity, Mgmnt.  Information Systems, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Criminology and over 100 more. Our counselors and academic advisors work with you to determine what courses you need to finish your degree.

Credit for Prior Learning

If you have extensive college-level knowledge you have gained from your hands-on career experience, you may be able to earn credit through our Prior Learning Assessment Program or through credit by exam.

  1. Call and request the Vatterott Free Application waiver code: (314) 246-7800
  2. Complete the online application and use the waiver code to save the $35 application fee
  3. Submit your transcripts from Vatterott College and any other institutions you have attended

If you have not yet finished 30 semester hours of credit, submit your high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores. Review our full admission requirements here. Full-time students will automatically be considered for academic scholarships at the time of admission. We also encourage all students to apply for financial aid by filing the FAFSA and completing the Webster University Financial Aid Application.

The spring semester begins January 14, 2019.  The summer session begins June 3. The fall semester begins August 26.
