Group Visit Information

Group Visit Guidelines

We’re glad you are interested in bringing your organization to campus to learn more about Webster University and the college admissions process.  In order to provide the best on-campus experience for your group, please observe the following:

  • Group visits are available on Mondays through Thursdays, when University classes are in session;
  • Students visiting should be in the 7th grade or older;
  • We ask that you limit the group to no more than 75 participants with a recommendation of at least one adult chaperone for every 12-15 students;
  • A reasonable level of attention and interest from the participants is expected; and
  • Group visits should be arranged at least three weeks in advance.
  • Group visits typically include a 30 minute admissions Presentation and a 45-60 minute campus tour.
