A description of all the features in your Student Academic Services can be found at http://www.webster.edu/technology/services/academic-services/student-information.html.  Here are some important ones to note:

  • Your Academic Record contains the courses that you took every term and the grade that you received. It also includes your GPA, credit hours earned, and your upcoming schedule.
  • Update your address and phone number in the Biographical menu. You can also add employment information and more!
  • Your Degree Audit is an important tool in tracking what courses you have already completed and your remaining requirements.  Reviewing your degree audit prior to each registration period is recommended.  Please contact your advisor if you have questions about your audit or your course requirements.  Instructions on accessing your Degree Audit and the other important features in the Student Academic Services portal can be found at http://www.webster.edu/technology/services/academic-services/student-information.html and a great video tutorial from the Online Learning Center can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJrFUWYCEZ.

  • The Student Schedule contains information about the course number and section, dates, instructor name and email address, room number, campus information, and day of course if onsite.

Please note that many of the menu options may require you to change your Current Option Settings on the main menu in Student Academic Services.  Selecting the correct term and year are important to ensure that you are pulling up the correct information for the intended term.

Other Technologies

Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat DC

Students registered for the current semester are eligible for Adobe Creative Cloud access free of charge.  More information about Adobe Creative Cloud can be found at http://www.webster.edu/technology/adobe_apps/.

  • Only graduate students registered for specific courses for the current semester have automatic access. That list of courses can be found at http://www.webster.edu/technology/adobe_apps/adobe_course_list.html.
  • All other graduate students not registered for one of those courses who wish to take advantage of an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription through Webster must request access via an online opt-in request form. Instructions on requesting access can be found at http://www.webster.edu/technology/adobe_apps/request_adobe_access.html. Requests for access are generally granted within 24 business hours. After access is granted, please visit http://www.webster.edu/technology/adobe_apps/ for sign-in instructions and additional information.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud access is refreshed on a semester basis for students and will expire 10 days after the semester ends. If you are utilizing Adobe's cloud storage options (saving directly to Document Cloud or Creative Cloud online storage), it is very important to make sure you are regularly backing up your files via another method (i.e. flash drive and/or OneDrive through Office 365). Please also ensure you have completed a full back up by the end of each semester to prevent any loss of files once this access expires 10 days after the semester.
  • If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please contact the IT Service Desk at http://www.webster.edu/technology/service-desk/.
