New Base Passes
Effective February 23, 2006

1. Please call the Kirtland Webster office (505-255-3645) with your driver's license, car registration and insurance information on hand. Cynthia, Ricki or Ellen will obtain the information needed to request a base pass.* Request for base passes can take up to two weeks to be processed.
   
2. Once your pass is ready, you will be contacted by someone from Webster informing you to obtain your base pass from the Wyoming, Gibson or Truman gate. We will give you a pass number. Please be sure to have this number on hand when you arrive at the gate to obtain your base pass. Be sure to give yourself at least 30 minutes for this process. (You will need to provide your driver's license, car registration and insurance. If you live outside of Bernalillo County a current emissions test is required.)
   
3. If for any reason you terminate your enrollment or lose your base pass, you MUST contact Cynthia Haynes at 505-255-3645.
   
4. Be prepared for the first night of class. We are no longer able to vouch students on base. All visitors must have a pass number to get on base. Failure to obtain your pass by the first night of class will result in an absence.
