Alumni Ambassador Student Recruitment Program
We'd like to show our appreciation!
The Alumni Association is pleased to offer alumni a choice of one free gift as a "thank you" for each new student they refer who subsequently enrolls in Webster University. The choices include an alumni jersey, sports bag, pullover hooded sweatshirt and stadium blanket. Click here for gift selection and referral form [PDF].
Referrals do not apply retroactively to students who have already enrolled. Referral must be received before the referred student starts the first term. You will receive your "Thank You" gift at the midpoint of the first term for which the potential new student officially registers.
Webster employees are not eligible to participate in this program.

Provided free of charge to Webster alumni, Online Community hosts an alumni directory, message boards, chapter pages, class notes, and more. Click here to enter.
Audit Program
Alumni may audit selected courses at Webster University’s St. Louis area campuses. Click here for guidelines and course offerings. An auditing program at Webster campuses located outside of St. Louis is under consideration.

Dental Plan Discount
The Webster University Alumni Association is proud to offer alumni, students, and their families quality discount on more than 30 national and regional dental plans. Click here for information.
Emerson Library
The Library makes book-borrowing cards available to Webster alumni for onsite borrowing in St. Louis. Certain limitations apply.
The "Research Fellows" program includes access to the library's online research system, Passports, featuring 100+ databases (i.e. Lexis-Nexis Academic, BooksInPrint, the Wall Street Journal, and more), reference services, book-borrowing privileges and document delivery. Annual fee is $300.
Contact the Circulation Department at 314-968-6952 to sign up for onsite book-borrowing privileges or the "Research Fellows" program.
Insurance Program
Webster University Alumni Association sponsors an Alumni Insurance Program as a service to alumni. The program offers a variety of attractively priced insurance products, most of which are available to alumni, students, faculty, and staff, as well as their spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings:
- Medical Insurance For those temporarily without coverage, such as the unemployed and recent graduates, and for special situations, including travelers and students.
- Life Insurance Long-term protection with great rates and fantastic features. Coverage is available to $2 million.

Webster University alumni are "Corporate Class" members at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Call the Alumni Office at 1-800-305-ALUM (in St. Louis 1-314-968-7149) to get your "Corporate Class Number."
Use your membership nationwide. Your membership is honored coast-to-coast at each of Enterprise’s 4,000+ airport and neighborhood locations. When renting out-of-town at airport locations, you’ll receive a 15% discount on daily rates (on rates already about 20% lower than the other guys). And, at neighborhood locations, similar savings apply.

Registering is easy. Simply contact the Alumni Office at 1-800-305-ALUM for the Member ID, then go to the Working Advantage website and click on "Register". Using the Webster Member ID, you may complete your one-time registration for free and create your own personal account with a password of your choice. Once you have registered, you can order either online or by phone at 1-800-565-3712 Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm EST or Saturdays 9am - 5pm EST.
