The minor and certificate are designed for professionals and students in any career who want to develop excellent communication skills. The professional writing program is available to current Webster students and returning students who already possess an undergraduate degree.
Webster students who earn the minor or certificate in professional writing may choose to enroll in courses on journalism, writing for public relations and advertising, screenplay and script-writing, and creative writing and learn about editing, linguistics, and cross-cultural communication.
