Phyllis Hamilton
A distinguished international lawyer, Phyllis Hamilton was formerly Deputy Secretary
General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and an adjunct faculty
member at Webster Leiden. Phyllis also has consulted for the College of Arts & Sciences'
Legal Studies and Human Rights programs. She currently consults on procedural issues
for international arbitral tribunals.
