BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Cross has expertise on issues regarding terrorism, political violence, radicalization, protest movements and protest policing, and the effects of new technologies on protest, security, and organizations. Prior to coming to Webster he was a member of the faculty in the Criminology department at the University of South Florida. He obtained his Ph.D.  from the University of California at Irvine, and also holds a Master's degree from the University of Chicago.
