Ideally, we would like to have your TA form when you register for the term.  However, we understand that there are times when that is not possible.  We would therefore request that your TA form be brought in no later than the third week of class.  Anything beyond that and you run the risk of having your TA paid late and a hold placed on your account from main campus. 

Here at the Fort Belvoir Campus, we have enforced the policy of Webster only e-mails.  Every student is assigned a Webster e-mail when they apply to the school.  For efficiency reasons, we have switched to this method of contacting and providing information to our students.  If you don’t wish to use your Webster e-mail account, you can opt to have messages forwarded to another e-mail account in the E-mail Options Screen in Connections.  We, however, will not directly send to any other e-mail address

To set up your Webster e-mail account, have your student ID number available and visit Webster’s Main Page.  From there, you will see a link that says Connections Log In underneath the Webster banner.  In order to obtain a username click on “How do I get a username and password?”  On the next page, click on the choice that says “Create New Account”.  Enter your student ID or your SSN and you will be given a user ID for Connections.  In order to obtain a password, you must contact the Webster Help Desk at 1.866.435.7270 or e-mail them at support@webster.edu.

Frequently Asked Questions

In order to view your grade, you must go to Webster’s main page and click on “Registration and Services online”.   From there, you will need to have your student user name and password available so that you can enter into the system.  To obtain your username and password, you must contact the Webster Help Desk at 1.866.435.7270 or e-mail them at support@webster.edu.

There are several ways for students to make payments.  At Fort Belvoir, we accept checks, credit cards or money orders only.  Or if you wish to make a direct payment via credit card, you may call the Main Campus Business Office at 1.800.981.9803 ext .7110, or make a payment online from the student services page.

You also may make a payment with your Webster statement and send it directly to main campus.

When is my tuition due?

Tuition is due when you register for class.  If you are not able to make payment at that time, Webster will send out a bill for the amount due.  Note:  If you are using TA or VA for payment, sometimes the full amount of the tuition will be shown as due if payment has not been made by the third party.  Therefore, you will need to know your portion of the amount due before making a payment. 

What financial aid options are available for graduate students?

* Federal Stafford Loans are available

* Pell Grants and other grant-providing programs ARE NOT available to       graduate students
