The Bursar/Business Office is responsible for providing student account information, receiving payments for tuition and fees, collection of delinquent accounts, 1098 tax reporting, and delivering refunds and financial aid proceeds.

Our Cashier windows are located in Webster Hall, room 101. We are open Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Friday.  Visit the Human Resources web page for closings and holidays.

Once our construction process is complete we hope that this site will serve as a resource for the entire university community.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The Bursar's Office at Webster University is now issuing student billing statements electronically.

CASHNet® is the university’s partner in providing e-statements. Students will receive e-mail notifications each time a new billing statement is available.  Parents, employers, or other individuals can be authorized to receive an e-mail notification for billing statements, as well as pay electronically.

CASHNet® will also enable the university to accept online check payments in addition to MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

View and Pay Your Bill Online

Current Student Login - Will require your Connections username and password, allowing you to view and pay your bill. You may also set up an authorized payer, such as a parent, to view and pay your bill. After you log in, next to Parent PINs, click "Add New" and complete the necessary information.

Authorized Payer Login - Initial login requires the system-generated password that was sent to you via e-mail when the student established the authorization. To pay for more than one student, you must login separately for each student.
