Career Advantage for Student Employees
Through recurring mentorship and guidance, supervisors provide student employees with a consistent touch point for conversations about work skills, professionalism, academics, activities, and life goals. Student employee supervisors will participate in ongoing, intentional conversations about career development with student employees to support their achievement of individual excellence and prepare them for success after graduation, specifically helping them to select two actions per semester related to their career and leadership development.
