Outstanding Supervisor of the Year
Beginning in 2016, Webster University in conjunction with the National Student Employment Association (NSEA) will hold the first annual Student Employee Supervisor of the Year (SESOTY) Award.
Student employees or colleagues may nominate student employment supervisors whom they feel warrant particular recognition for their performance on the job. Nominations will be judged on the following characteristics: mentoring, professionalism and leadership provided to the student employee.
The winner will be announced during Student Employment Appreciation Week April 11th- 15th.

Outstanding Student Employee
The Outstanding Student Employee Award will be presented to up to four student employees per semester from the Webster Groves campus and up to four award recipients will be selected from the rest of the Webster network. The purpose of this award is to recognize individuals who work at a superior level to serve the department in which they work and Webster University as a whole. In order to be eligible, students need to have been employed in the department for at least three months and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Student employees must be nominated by their supervisor.
The next nomination deadline is April 11, 2016.
Recipients for the award will receive a plaque at a luncheon held to recognize their contributions. Nominators are invited to accompany their award recipient at the luncheon and say a few words about their contributions.
