Policy for Third-party Recruiters
In compliance with the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE) third-party recruiters will not be allowed to post vacancies to the Career Services on-line vacancy list (My Career Connection) or have access to the on-line resume books.
However, the career services staff will post any valid full-time/part-time degree-related position or internship opportunity in My Career Connection if the third-party recruiter is willing to disclose the name of the organization seeking potential candidates. At no point will the third-party recruiting organization charge a fee to the candidate.
Furthermore, the job posting will include this statement at the beginning of the job listing:
(Third-party Recruiter) has been retained by (Employing Organization) to help identify candidates for this position. Please contact (Third-party Recruiter) when applying for this position.
Third-party recruiting organizations will not be allowed to conduct on-campus interviews. Third-party recruiters will be allowed to attend career fairs, set up information tables (requires an on-campus sponsor), and post all non-degree related positions in a binder located in the Career Services office which is available to students and alumni.
