| How to Open an eRecruiting Employer Account |
Visit http://www.experience.com/experience/employer_login.html and Create an Employer Account. After submitting the complete account information, select Schools in the menu bar which will take you to the Link Your Schools option. Select Webster University from the drop-down menu and click Request Access. Webster University Career Services will be alerted to your request and you will receive an e-mail with instructions for finalizing your account.
You may also contact Career Services at 314-968-6982, 800-981-9805, or careercn@webster.edu with your organization name, contact name, e-mail and street address, and telephone and fax numbers. Your account will be activated by the end of the business day and you will receive an e-mail with instructions for finalizing your account.

| Policy for Third-party Recruiters |
In compliance with the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE) third-party recruiters will not be allowed to post vacancies to the Career Services on-line vacancy list (eRecruiting) or have access to the on-line resume books. However, the career services staff will post any valid full-time/part-time degree-related position or internship opportunity in eRecruiting if the third-party recruiter is willing to disclose the name of the organization seeking potential candidates. At no point will the third-party recruiting organization charge a fee to the candidate.
Furthermore, the job posting will include this statement at the beginning of the job listing:
(Third-party Recruiter) has been retained by (Employing Organization) to help identify candidates for this position. Please contact (Third-party Recruiter) when applying for this position.
Third-party recruiting organizations will not be allowed to conduct on-campus interviews. Third-party recruiters will be allowed to attend career fairs, set up information tables (requires an on-campus sponsor), and post all non-degree related positions in a binder located in the Career Services office which is available to students and alumni.
