The Artistry of Leadership

The seminars from this portion of the Leadership Continuum Certification program focus on artistic aspects of the leadership journey that may be more difficult to quantify and yet, they are crucial to the success of leaders today. These "skills" or practices encourage leaders to continually pursue self-development as a means to become more self-aware and thus more connected with their constituents and teams.

Methodology

The “learn through application” - action learning - methodology can be transferred to situations where the participant is committed to understanding the responsibilities, and accountability of the lifelong learner.
