Is it possible to have courses customized to our particular needs?
A: We welcome the opportunity to meet with your firm, discuss your needs and customize our seminars to meet your specific goals.

What fees are charged for Certification?
A:
Fees for a ?Certificate of Accomplishment? or CEUs are included in our cost proposals. Continuing Education Units accredited by IACET.
Q:
Will I get a Certificate at the end of the course?
A:
At the end of every course The Center for Professional Development offers a Certificate of Accomplishment, featuring the seal and academic status of The School of Business and Technology at Webster University.

What is the average size of your seminars?
A:
Seminar enrollment is usually limited to 20 but can vary based on the needs of the seminar and the client.
Q:
What is the length of seminars?
A:
Our seminars are developed so the course content can be delivered in the optimal amount of time. The seminars range from a few hours to a few days, depending on content and subject area. most of our sessions are half-day or one-day with a few offerings running two or three days in length. The day usually begins at 8.30 a.m. and ends at 5.30 p.m. although this can be adjusted for the needs of the audience.

Is parking available?
A:
Reserved parking will be available for all seminar participants when hosted at a Webster University location. Other arrangements may be made for different locations as the need arises.
Q:
Should I make arrangements for meals during seminars?
A:
Lunch and breaks are provided during most one-day seminars. Breakfast, lunch, and breaks are provided during seminars of two or three days.
Q:
Does the center make hotel arrangements for out-of-towners?
A:
The Center for Professional Development will not make hotel arrangements but we will provide you with a list of hotels near the seminar location and help with directions to the hotel from the Lambert St. Louis airport. Please note: lodging is not included in seminar fees. We have, however, negotiated special rates with some area hotels so please check with us before making your own reservation.
