The winning photos will be displayed at the CIE offices in Loretto Hall, the MCISA student lounge, and will be featured at the Small Wall Gallery exhibit this Fall.

Photos from all participants will be featured in the Fall 2 CIE newsletter, Crossing Borders, and the MCISA blogs and Fall 2 newsletter.

I was happy to see a native Mongolian baby, who drank horse milk (which he didn't enjoy at all).

Imposing on a Private Contemplation
Location: Busan, South Korea

Hyundai Beach in Busan is one of the most popular beaches in the world and is famous for visitors not being able to find a place to stand. Off to the side were some rock formations. This man told [me] about how he comes everyday to sit in a quiet place and watch all of the tourists (or, when it gets cold, the lack thereof).

Fire Dances During a Full Moon on the Island, Koh Phi Phi

It was incredible being on the beach at night, watching five guys wielding large batons of fire back and forth like a baseball.
