…is to help our students achieve their full potential as musicians, performers, listeners and human beings.  We offer the St. Louis region’s finest music education.  Whether our students seek a career in the arts or in some other profession, their lives are enriched by the love of music and the sense of self-confidence gained through the Community Music School experience.

Our Programs
…are designed to offer a variety of outstanding educational opportunities and learning experiences to fit our students’ needs and talents, including instrumental and voice instruction, individual and group learning experiences, classes in jazz and classical music, and special instructional opportunities for pre-schoolers and adults alike.

Our History
…spans more than three-quarters of a century.  Through the years, we have been known as the Saint Louis Conservatory and Schools for the Arts (CASA), the Saint Louis Symphony Community Music School, and since 2001, the Community Music School of Webster University.  Whatever our name, our commitment to the highest standards of music instruction has been constant.
