Been in touch with your inner Beethoven lately?  Start composing tomorrow’s classics this summer!  Level I is for students who can read music, play an instrument or sing, and have always wanted to compose but need the basics of notation, transposition for other instruments, scoring, and other basic skills.

Students are challenged to write a short piece to be performed during the Intensive and recorded by the Composition Intensive faculty or students.  Limited enrollment ensures intensive interaction and instruction with faculty and peers.
