Ceremonies

The 94th Annual Commencement Ceremony honoring all 2012 – 2013 graduates from August, October and December 2012 and March and May 2013 will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at The Muny in Forest Park. The schedule of Commencement activities is below. Graduates, please allow plenty of time (30 – 60 minutes) for parking and check-in.

Special Note: Tickets are not required for any Commencement events.

Main Commencement Ceremony

Procession of Graduates, Faculty, Administration, Board of Trustees and Honored Guests
Main Muny Theatre: 9:30 a.m. (Guests: Please be seated by 9:15 a.m.)

General Ceremony
The Muny: 10 a.m.

This ceremony features all the pomp and circumstance of the traditional Commencement ceremony, the parade of international flags, formal addresses from the University administration, the conferral of honorary doctoral degrees, the Commencement speaker and much more.

Theatre Drive Stage is located in front of the Muny Box Office on the lower level. West Pavilion is located on the grounds west of the Muny Theatre.

Graduate Photos

Classic Photography will take a photo of each graduate as he/she walks across the stage at their school or college ceremony. A few days after Commencement, Classic Photography will send an email to each graduate with instructions on how to view his/her photo on their website, www.gradimages.com, and how to purchase copies.
