Professional Experience

Prior to coming to Webster University, Merideth worked in media communications and hospitality management.  Her media communications experience includes direct mail marketing with Alaniz & Sons Inc. and market research with Market Directions/V. R. Communications. Her hospitality management experience includes food and beverage operations and meeting and event planning with Marriott Hotels.

Merideth has been at Webster University since 2001. In the School of Communications (SOC), she administers the day-to-day operations of the graduate studies program, including its online degrees. She provides support for the director, faculty and students. She also works on special projects including the ongoing conversion and updating of the SOC website. She also writes features for publication on the SOC RSS feed.

She is a member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Community Service Public Relations Council (CSPRC), and Delta Mu Delta (DMD) Honor Society.
