Mindy Berkowitz is an organizational/career development professional with more than 10 years experience in the corporate and small business community. She also has 10 years experience in nonprofit and educational organizations.

About

Berkowitz's experience as a specialist in the areas of interpersonal communications, team building and leadership development prepares her to work with students as they make the transition from the academic setting to the work setting through internships relevant to students' academic majors and career goals. She manages the School of Communications (SOC) internship program, providing placement assistance to students for all fields of study in the SOC.

Berkowitz helped develop and manage "SOC Beyond: Connecting Alumni Worldwide," a program designed to foster and maintain a viable SOC alumni community.

She holds certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI®) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior ® (FIRO-B®). She is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
