Filmmaking Camp

Film Camp

Create a Short Film
Monday, June 17- Friday, June 21, 2019

Filmmaking Summer Camp is full.

Come join our award-winning faculty, and you will plan, shoot, and edit a short film. We will supply the script, the equipment, the instruction, and a team to fill all the roles you'll need to finish the film. You will supply the vision and the creativity!

Dates & Times

The camp is one week long, running from Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day on the Webster Groves Campus of Webster University, St. Louis, Mo. 63119.

If we have enough demand, we have the ability to open a second section of Filmmaking Camp. It would be scheduled on the same dates and at the same times as the first Filmmaking Camp.

The camp is open to high school-aged students (ages 14 to 18) with any level of prior experience including no experience.

Preference will be given to students who register and pay in full by Friday, May 3, 2019.

The cost will be $350 per student. $50 deposit is the minimum required to reserve your spot for this camp. If registering for multiple camps, a $50 deposit is the minimum required to reserve your spot for each camp.

Enrollment for each camp is limited to 15, so you'll have the best possible experience. We encourage you to register early to secure your place. In the past, we have offered two sections of this very popular camp.

To provide affordable housing for students and their families who travel to attend our summer camps, university residence halls and apartments may be available.
