Enhace Your Career Prospects: Attend Media Academy This Week

Executives from some of the largest media companies in the United States will be on campus for the second annual School of Communications Media Academy April 5 and April 6.

On Wednesday, April 5, executives from E.W. Scripps Company, Coolfire Studios and SmithGeiger, LLC will take part in in a panel discussion about the state of media today. It will start at 2 p.m. CDT in Winifred Moore Auditorium and will be streamed live at webster.edu/live. All members of the Webster community are invited to attend.

It will be followed by a networking reception from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Webster Groves room 135 next door to the auditorium. Students and alumni who have not yet registered for Thursday’s workshops will have an opportunity to do so.

Students will be exhibiting their work and the School of Communications will be hosting a concluding networking reception.
