COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL

Need-based tuition assistance  based on total household income is available to cover partial tuition expense at the Webster Groves, Chesterfield, and University City locations. Download an application.

Auditions are held annually for artistic merit scholarships for exceptional pre-college age students who have been recommended by their teacher and have taken individual lessons at the Music School for at least one semester. Scholarship awards are applied to student accounts for the following academic year.

Endangered Instrument Awards are available to pre-college students new to the Community Music School who wish to study viola, bass, oboe, bassoon, horn, trombone, or tuba at the Webster Groves, Chesterfield, or University City locations. Awards are also available for ensemble participation. Download an application.
