WEBSTER GROVES, MO - September 21, 2018 -

The Community Music School of Webster University is now enrolling for their Foundations (Village) Mini-Session 2, a 7-week series of Kindermusik classes for newborns to 18 months. Classes begin the week of October 22nd and run through December 15th.

This session you and your child will enjoy our Dream Pillow curriculum! This title alone brings images of rocking, cuddling, singing, and lulling to sleep. But leading up to sleepy time are many upbeat and playful activities. Babies and Adults will swirl to a dreamy cloud dance “Meet Me Tonight in Dreamland.” They’ll also play baby appropriate instruments to “Aiken Drum,” and “Sarasponda.” Favorite nursery rhymes like “Wee Willie Winkie,” and “Diddle, Diddle, Dumpling,” are sprinkled throughout the classes. It’s easy to weave many of the class songs and activities into your families’ daily routines.

Home Materials that supplement the class include a board book that calms and relaxes—Dream Pillow Lullaby, a CD of the 30 songs heard in class, a set of Art Banners for the nursery wall that strengthens vision and promotes early literacy, and a baby bell for music-making at home.

Kindermusik baby music classes at the Community Music School of Webster University offer a sensory-rich yet caring and gentle environment. The activities and relationships you engage in there will develop and strengthen your baby's neural pathways, enhance your growing parent-child bond, and help you understand the how's and why's of your baby's development. Plus it's a fun thing to do!

Older children, 18 months through 5 years, may join a class already in session with prorated tuition. Some classes still have openings.
