String Orchestra Camp

COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL 

Make music with new friends from all over St. Louis! Students will participate daily in full orchestra rehearsals, sectionals, and master classes/special presentations.  Three orchestra levels (pending enrollment) under the direction of CMS orchestra conductors Nancy Daby, Mary Lou Gotman, and Patrick Jackson will musically challenge every student.

 

Ages:  violin, viola, cello, and bass students 7 years old - high school in Fall 2013 

Dates:  June 17 - 21, 2013 from 9 a.m. - noon 

Performance:  Friday, June 21 at 11 a.m. 

Tuition: $140 (includes t-shirt)

Requirements:  at least one year's experience reading music (quarter and eighth notes, minimum) and completion of pre-camp questionnaire needed for placement. Questionnaire will be emailed the week of May 13.
