FAQ:

How do I get a new computer?

Computers are purchased through normal budget processes. Ask your department head or chair to include your request in the department budget plans.

How do I upgrade my computer?

Many upgrades are handled through the small equipment or supplies line item of your departmental budget. If you need to know the cost, call the Computer Help desk, 314-968-7404.

How do I get an email account?

Email accounts are provided for all faculty, staff and students. Students should check with the Academic Support Services Center to activate their account. Faculty and staff should contact the Computer Help desk, 314-968-7404.

How do I get access to CARS?

To get access to CARS, send a request to the Director of the Computer Center, with the appropriate vice-president's approval.
You may email: hesslesk@webster.edu. You can also arrange training at the same time.
