About Global Thinking Global Thinking is published by Webster University's College of Arts and Sciences. Noting the College's place as "the intellectual foundation of the University," the newsletter shares some of the College's happenings with a keen eye toward the comprehensive, international nature of the studies in which the College engages its students. The intended audience includes students, alumni, staff, full-time and adjunct faculty members, as well as other friends of the College.
