RICHARD A. LIDDY

Richard A. Liddy is the retired chairman of the GenAmerica Financial Corporation in St. Louis. Previously, he served GenAmerica as president,
chief executive officer and chief operating officer. Liddy has been active on numerous boards of directors in the St. Louis area including Civic Progress, Missouri Historical Society, United Way, Saint Louis Art Museum, Energizer, Brown Group Inc., Ralston Purina, and Ameren Corporation.
