St. Louis Area Jobs with Justice (JwJ) is an action-oriented coalition of local unions, community, faith-based and student groups committed to working together on issues of workers' rights and economic justice.

We are seeking a committed, energetic activist to work as an intern for focusing primarily on campaigns to protect and extend social safety net services. You will work closely with JwJ's member organizations that live the reality of the social safety net. These groups include public sector unions, advocacy groups and constituency groups for those who use public services. The issues include fighting privatization of public services, protecting and extending access to health care and education.

Being an intern with JwJ is hard work. However, you can expect to learn from St. Louis' most skilled and inspiring activists, and build relationships with an incredible range of grassroots organizations.

JwJ internships are currently unpaid. College credit may be arranged. Start and end times are flexible. We will be accepting applications ongoing. Jobs with Justice is an affirmative action, equal opportunity organization. Women and people of color are encouraged to apply.
