Note to Students: All BJC employees accepted into the MBA on-site cohort are required to complete all courses as listed above. Any break in enrollment (i.e. course drop/withdrawal, non-attendance, stop-out, course failure) voids participation in this cohort program; however, students may continue their educational pursuits with Webster University on an individual basis at a campus of their choice and at the prevailing tuition rate.

History:

In January 2006, the first cohort of BJC employees began their pursuit of an MBA through Webster University. In October of that same year a second cohort was created. Currently there are a total of four cohorts in the program.

One of the many benefits to employees is the convenience of on-site classes.

  • Classes are offered 1 night a week from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
  • Each class lasts for 9 weeks.
  • There are 5 classes offered per year.
