Conference Timeline & Deadlines

IMPORTANT CONFERENCE DATES
Please refer to the following timeline when preparing and submitting your proposals.
- Call for Proposals Announcement - August 25, 2009
- Begin accepting conference proposals - after September 1, 2009
- Submit proposal deadline - by December 5, 2009
- Notification of review of proposal results – after December 20, 2009
- Deadline for presenters to confirm participation – January 15, 2009
- Registration opens - January 10, 2010
- Deadline for presentations + abstract to be submitted - February 1, 2010
- Notification of presenters of final presentation acceptance - February 15, 2010
- Conference Dates – April 16 + 17, 2010
Acceptance for presentation is NOT FINAL until the author's complete presentation is submitted, reviewed and accepted by the committee before the February 1, 2010 deadline. Author's will then be notified of FINAL presentation acceptance by February 15, 2010.
