› Combined Degrees Program (B.A./M.A.)

Students looking to cut the amount of time its takes to earn a bachelor's and master's degree are encouraged to enroll in the combined degrees program.

Traditionally, it takes 128 undergraduate credit hours and 36 graduate credit hours to earn both degrees. The combined degrees program blends both undergraduate and graduate courses enabling students to complete both degrees in as little as 152 credit hours.

To be eligible to enroll in the program, students must have completed between 64 and 96 credit hours and have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above.

Most any undergraduate major can be combined with any of the following graduate programs in the School of Communications, provided the undergraduate requisite courses for the graduate program have been met:

• M.A. in Advertising and Marketing Communications
• M.A. in Media Communications
• M.A. in Public Relations
