  New Adjunct Office and Mailboxes
Now Located in the Kirk House

School of Communications adjunct faculty now have office space available in the Kirk House. The adjunct office is located in Room 104 in the newly remodeled building which also houses full-time faculty of the Department of Electronic and Photographic Media and one faculty member teaching public relations. Kirk House is located west of the Sverdrup Building, adjacent to University Parking Lot “H”.

The adjunct office is equipped with a computer, phones and file cabinets. Adjunct faculty mailboxes have also been relocated to the Kirk House. Members of the adjunct faculty have access to the building 24 hours a day through the use of a key code lock on the front door. For security considerations, only adjunct faculty with a valid faculty ID will be allowed in the building after hours. Students finding their way into Kirk House after hours without a faculty member may face disciplinary action. For safety reasons, University security may check IDs of individuals working in the building after normal business hours.

Evening students may drop work and other materials for adjunct faculty in a designated Kirk House box located outside of Room 250 in the Sverdrup Building. A mail slot for envelopes and smaller items is available in the front door of the Kirk House.
