| dramatic, its evolution has built upon the founding principle of making a
quality education accessible and affordable to all.
Webster works in many ways:
- Webster's small class sizes and student-centered academic environment provide students with the attention and interaction to encourage both academic growth and personal development.
- The University’s course scheduling and offerings meet the needs of working individuals, and the use of practicing professionals as instructors ensures that each student's education is a successful blend of theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Webster’s international campus network provides opportunities for students to acquire specialized and general global knowledge,
to practice their foreign language skills, and
to obtain significant international experience.
- Webster’s worldwide network of alumni represents over 100 nationalities. They are employed in a variety of fields and include many dynamic and notable businesspersons, educators, entertainers, military and government officials--even two astronauts, a
head-of-state, and several Broadway stars!
- Webster's annual campus-wide community service day, WebsterWorksWorldwide, involves nearly 1,400 volunteers who perform more than 6,000 hours of community service.
- Webster’s education focuses on the individual students and how they can best recognize their potential and
achieve their life goals.
However, tuition alone is not enough to cover the comprehensive costs of a world-class education at
Webster. Often students rely on annual support from generous alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff, corporations, organizations, foundations and government granting agencies to bridge the gap. We are grateful to our current donors, to the generations of donors before us, and to each of you considering a pledge of support. Your contribution invests in the future of Webster Universityfulfilling dreams and making a difference in the world.
Webster University’s Office of Development & Alumni Programs secures private gift and public grant support to fund University
and donor priorities. Additionally, the department staff strives to strengthen the relationship between alumni and their alma mater.
