Webster University supports students in their individual quest to further develop their talents and skills, both mentally and physically. Embracing this well-rounded approach, the Webster University Athletic Department strives to help student athletes achieve an honest and excellent education in the classroom, competitive arena and community.

Webster University sponsors 13 NCAA Division III teams and is member of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SLIAC). Webster University has received the SLIAC “All Sports Award,” recognizing the highest average finish in all conference sports in five of the seven years the honor has been awarded.

Much of what Webster student athletes are able to achieve is made possible through the annual support of Gorlok boosters like you. Annual gifts to Gorlok Athletics demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to athletic excellence by ensuring that all student-athletes at Webster continue to obtain a high-quality, well-rounded college education with full access to the resources, technology and equipment necessary to succeed on the fields, courts, courses and in the pools.

Additionally, special opportunities exist to highlight and celebrate the achievements of Webster athletics. Individual and corporate support of the annual Gorlok Open is critical for maintaining the high standards established by student athletes who dedicate their hearts to athletic competition and their minds to academic excellence.
