The Daniel Webster Society

The Daniel Webster Society (DWS) was founded almost a quarter of a century ago to recognize the contributions of Webster University’s most generous supporters. DWS members partner with the University to achieve its mission to provide an affordable, quality-driven education, as well as fostering a lifelong desire to learn and contribute actively to local communities and the world. Webster University is proud of the close relationship formed with the members of the Daniel Webster Society and only through this partnership can Webster fulfill its educational mission.

Daniel Webster Society membership is conferred upon donors of $1,250 or more during the course of the University’s fiscal year, which runs from June 1st to May 31st. Gifts may be made by check, credit card, or the transfer of securities.

Daniel Webster Society Levels of Membership

Benefits of your tax-deductible membership include invitations to special Daniel Webster Society events throughout the year. These may be outstanding musical and theatre performances, receptions with nationally recognized speakers, educational programs, and lectures. Each fall a recognition dinner is held for DWS members and they are also recognized in the Honor Roll of Donors published in Webster World magazine. DWS members distinguish themselves through generosity, interest and leadership, all of which are critically needed and appreciated by Webster.
