Applied Behavior Analysis

There is growing demand for Behavior Analysts! Recent labor data collected by the Behavior Analyst Certificate Board (BCBA) relates that:

  • Demand for both behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts have increased every year since 2010. However, there is a step change of a 127% increase for individuals holding BCBA/BCBA-D certificates and of a 184% increase for individuals holding BCaBA certificates from 2017 to 2018.
  • In 2018, there were 16,109 job postings that either required or preferred BCBA/BSBA-D in the U.S., and 2,204 job postings that either required or preferred BCaBA certification.

***Applicants will need to meet additional requirements before they can be deemed eligible to take the examination.

Additionally, we provide experience settings for students living in Saint Louis area to accrue practicum hours required by the Board Analysts Certification Board.
