Educational Leadership

When administrators are dedicated to their cause, it’s easy to cultivate a team of educators who want what’s best for their students. In the Educational Leadership EdS program at Webster University, graduate students are learning to become those administrators.

This program develops educational leaders who are passionate about strengthening their leadership to improve student achievement and helps fosters positive and sustained relationships with our students, their schools, districts and communities. The curriculum focuses on problem solving, data driven decision making and research as well as collaboration and educational culture.

The Educational Specialist program is designed for students want to develop their leadership skills and earn an post-master’s degree. Successful graduates are able integrate ethics and global perspectives into their professions to optimize the learning environment for both teachers and students. Prepared to become educational leaders in their communities, Webster students view the world differently and strive for positive outcomes in daily challenges.
