Faculty Policies in the University Handbook

The Webster University Policy Handbook includes information about governance of the university, committee structures, faculty review procedures, and other policies related to faculty.

Office of Academic Affairs Policies

The Office of Academic Affairs maintains academic and administrative policies within Connections. Log into Connections, click on the Faculty or Staff tab near the top of the page, and scroll down to the Office of Academic Affairs channel. You'll find documentation on policies such as class size, instructor requirements, faculty qualifications, teaching load, academic rank, and dual admission.

Human Resources Policies

For both part-time and full-time faculty, policies and guidelines related to employment are available on the Human Resources Policies page.
Information on employee benefits, such as health care coverage, retirement plans, and tuition remission, are available on the Human Resources Employee Benefits page.
